Actually most do in one way or another. Some designs integrate trackpoints, others integrate trackballs, others circular touchpads, and I have also seen one crackhead put an optical sensor under his board and drive it around the table. The trackballs and touchpads are the most common, typically, these would be located around the thumb cluster. All of these keyboards (unless you use some esoteric niche firmware) also support mouse/wheel keys, so you can control the pointer with your keyboard. It's what I use, and it works really well for all office/programming tasks.
