But isn’t the assumption that AI-induced psychosis will mostly affect fringe minds underestimating the risk?

What happens when hyper-personalized, persuasive LLMs are tuned not for virality, but for subtle, high-leverage cognitive tilts — targeting judges, regulators, mid-level bureaucrats, or even CEOs making capital decisions?

If we reach GPT-6+ level multimodal agents by, say, 2027…
Would you bet that at least one major geopolitical misstep will be causally linked to an AI-augmented influence operation?

Not 20-year-olds.
Not trolls.
But serious people acting under invisible distortions.
