We are building a very beautiful squad, but there is one problem. How do we keep everyone happy?

I understand rotation but no manager rotates X players every game. Just 2-3. 

Normally, teams use experienced, older players as backups. They don't have the same burning desire to play week in week out like U23s.

For us to keep them happy, we need to rotate heavily. And there are no shortcuts, otherwise we will keep buying and selling backups every summer.
