America is a sovereign nation. The United States of America is a governmental institution. Governmental institutions have been disposable since the Declaration of Independence.

Natural-born citizens are the constituents of America. Naturalized citizens, the posterity of naturalized citizens,  and aliens in America are the constituents of the United States of America. Constitutional law is established and ordained by the constituents of the America. The constituents of the United States of America are servants of the sovereign and dependent on the consent of constituents of America for continued service.

Natural-born citizens are endowed with rights by the Creator. God is the Creator of all things. Natural-born citizens have allegiance to the Kingdom of God and not any government.
