Couldn’t agree more with this from Ash the marketing lead of @TheoriqAI . It’s easy to say community first and it’s another thing to live in the Discord at 2AM, chase that stubborn bug someone reported, or rewrite docs because a holder called out something confusing.

Most people think community is a numbers game. 

It’s not. It’s sweat, DMs, and real talk in the trenches. The best projects are built by people who stop waiting and start shipping.

It’s the messy, tiring, sometimes thankless work of making sure the doors stay open for everyone to build with you, not just for you.

That’s how you earn community that actually stays.
