Was reading this piece from GAIB, kinda interesting. Right now, most stablecoins are backed by the US dollar.

but with all the debt and political stuff going on, that might not hold up forever.

They’re saying that in the future, the thing that could back new kinds of money isn’t traditional currency but actual computing power. 

Like the machines and systems that run all our tech today.

@gaib_ai is working on something called AID, a type of digital dollar that’s backed by real compute infrastructure, not fiat. 

It’s meant to give people direct exposure to the tech economy, not just rely on the old financial system.

It’s sorta like how oil powered the old economy… now it could be compute powering the new one. 

Makes you think where all this is heading.
