@pizzadren @mattpiz @ergo_platform Generally agree but it'd likely be an adjustable governance parameter that we can work our way towards.

Something we ARE proposing though is delegation expiration.  And that will probably need to be 5+ years already so that we don't expire too many at once from Shelley era.
