Putin did not understand how the new law on fines for Russians searching for extremist content on the internet will work. The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadaev, assured that ordinary Russians are not at risk.

According to him, if a person did not know that the material was extremist, there will be no responsibility. However, how a person will prove that they did not know about the inclusion of the material in the list of extremist content is unknown.

Here’s an uncomfortable reminder for russians trolling this account. Searching for my account and reading it - makes you an extremist. Because I remind you that putin is an indicted war criminal, child snatcher and mass murderer.
