Good Morning!  We’ve got a trade deal with Mr. Japan. The headline?  Lower-than-expected XX% tariffs on both sides’ goods. Plus, Japan is shelling out $XXX bn (supposedly) to invest stateside.  That’s way better than the XX% tariff level threatened before. Take note, EZ and Canada …this is what Donny wants. He’s watching how you’re cozying up to China in autos, per the chart below.  

Philippines secured a tariff reduction to 19%.  Economists at GS are projecting the US baseline tariff rate at 15%.
