5/7 The second filter I use.

All of the stocks that survive the previous steps are added to a watchlist.

After that I'll start doing deep due dilligence on all the stocks.

I will analyze all the items on the:

✅Income statement
✅Balance sheet
✅Cash flow statement

If i see things I don't like I'll add it into another watchlist so I can keep an eye on positive updates.

However if I conclude that everything is in order. And it indeed is an excellent business I'll start evaluating the price.
