Insurance is complex and low margin, and small shifts change everything. If Oscar lands at 3-4% EBIT instead of 5%, returns will be weak and the stock isn’t cheap. If they hit 6%, you’ll do great. They dint have $1.5b, much of their cash is tied up in reserves, not freely usable. I agree w/ you $X feels too low, but the risks are real and big upside is far from certain. This can work, but it’s not as easy as people here make it seem.
