@jon_charb I'd argue the market is correctly pricing in the 10-year lockup. That ~$1B in $SPK isn't liquid; it's a future supply overhang for incentives. 

Why should the market value future emissions, which will create sell pressure, at a 1:1 ratio with the current spot price?
