we finally know the terms for @TheoriqAI sale on Kaito launchpad

- $75M FDV (50% lower than last round)
- XX% at TGE (37.5% after 12M, XXXX% linear over 12M)

this sounds much better than espr3sso sale 

I like that they were transparent about the previous round, we get to invest at a moderately low valuation and we also get XX% at TGE

this means that if $THQ launches at $300M+ FDV, we'll make back the whole investment

w4yfinder (another agentic AI protocol) launched at $500M FDV in a much worse market (BTC was trading at $80k), so a $2-300M FDV for Theoriq sounds pretty reasonable 

XX month cliff is definitely not short tho. All in all, it may be worth a punt but I'll wait for more info to get a clearer idea
