Former Wagner mercenaries were arrested in Azerbaijan for war crimes in Ukraine. Ramil Aliyev and Ismail Hasanov were arrested. The Baku court ruled that they would be detained if they applied criminal laws for crimes related to mercenaries or terrorism.
