I especially love the part that @SamirTabar says:

Now I wake up to a steady stream of Data Center AI colocation and Cloud compute revenues, under contract. It's a wonderful feeling. ' 'It's a wonderful feeling not being at the mercy of the price of a volatile digital asset'. Right you are @SamirTabar , right you are. The IPO was floated in this interview, conversation. X months ago. Now we are at the cusp of it. Exciting times to say the least. For the person that does his due diligence, it's exciting times.
