These ARR numbers are fantastic for OAI and Anthropic and $NVDA, but don't let them fool you. I have heard from multiple sources that these IDEs (Cursor, Devin, etc.) are operating at razor-thin gross margins, with some even incurring negative gross margins. They are simply traffic acquisition vehicles for the frontier models, with the ability to be disintermediated by the likes of Claude Code when the frontier models deem it necessary. Don't forget the Windsurf $3bn deal that fell apart with $GOOGL hiring the key employees (CEO, etc), leaving a shell of a company.

All this is still beneficial for $NVDA.
