Check out the fine print on the $200M $MFH agreement to invest in $SOL.

"At no time shall Investor beneficially own more than XXXX% of the Company’s outstanding ordinary shares."

That's under 10M shares, and at $XXXX a share, that's under $17M out of the $200M.  

$MFH would have to hit at least $XX for them to get the full $200M.

And don't even get me started on raising $43M at $XXXX and initiating a buyback the very next day...
