WATCH: Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister, Norbert Mao, has called on Ugandans to support the forthcoming Oktoberfest, a cultural-themed festival scheduled to take place from October X to XX in Gulu City. The event aims to promote tourism and trade in a region that endured over two decades of conflict.

The festival was officially launched on July 23, 2025, by State Minister for Tourism, Wildlife, and Antiquities, Martin Mugarra. Organisers expect to attract more than XXXXXX local and international visitors.
