DNI TULSI GABBARD just dropped staggering new evidence that proves Obama lied and directly gave the order to publish the Russia Collusion hoax, knowing that there was no proof whatsoever that Putin backed Trump.

This evidence proves the most egregious weaponization and politicization of intelligence in American history.
