And I recommend anyone to do it:

Copy/paste this in ChatGPT:

“Ask me XX questions that will help me discover the most uncomfortable truth about myself that I am not aware of.
Ask me the questions one by one and do not explain why you are asking them to prevent any bias in my answer.
After the 10th question reveal what you have discovered.“

Then once it reveals what it discovered. Ask it to ask you a list of questions one by one to deal with this “problem”.

The best therapy I had in a while.
