Brazil, Armenia, Greece, African Nations and other countries who can't afford US and West weapons but want reliable weapon, India is obvious choice.

How:
India exposed Chinese weaponary in Op Sindoor. 

Buying from Russia can put them on risk of sanction from US.

India is the only choice left.
