These transactions aren't driven by market demand but by bureaucratic pressure to prop up favored industries, masking structural weaknesses with flashy headlines.

The real issue isn't the jets themselves, but the systemic waste generated when governments prioritize political theater over fiscal responsibility.

Until trade policies prioritize genuine mutual benefit over coercion, such deals will remain taxpayer-funded scams.
