📣 MARATHON DIGITAL HOLDINGS (MARA) PLANS TO RAISE $XXX MILLION THROUGH CONVERTIBLE BOND SALE

Marathon Digital Holdings (MARA), a Bitcoin mining company, plans to raise $XXX million (potentially up to $X billion) through the sale of X% convertible bonds maturing in 2032 to qualified institutional investors.

The bonds will not pay interest, and can be converted into cash, MARA shares, or a combination of both.

Investors have the option to demand the company buy back the bonds in 2030 if the stock price does not meet certain conditions.

MARA also has the ability to buy back the bonds from 2030 onwards if specific conditions are met.

$XX million will be used to buy back older bonds maturing in 2026 (with a X% interest rate).

The remaining funds will be allocated for Bitcoin purchases, expanding infrastructure, funding M&A, and protecting stock from dilution.
