When the Chief constable of Essex Police, Ben-Julian Harrington, was asked about two-tier policing being applied, he responded with absolute nonsense. 

No apology. 
No resignation.
Just more gaslighting.

I agree with Nigel Farage, his position is untenable. He must go.
