No principal movements, sure - added downside protection but no potential upside either. 

STRD currently offering over 11%.  

STRK, approx 8.736%. 

No SOFR tie. 

Upside potential, and sure, downside is more that STRC but the other mechs are somewhat self equalising.  

If STRF drops to $85, your yield is 11.765%, it won't take long for the maths to pull the principle back to par of greater, which we have already seen play out since its launch.
