The #GENIUS Act is a gift for the asset management industry and a catalyst for wonderful new opportunities in #crypto, $ETH $SOL let’s unpack how:

- Stablecoins Legitimized. GENIUS gives stablecoins its blessing, which means there is an on/off ramp for US dollar value to be ported across to markets denominated in crypto. 

Stablecoin collateral comes in the form of US dollars and/or US Treasuries, so, all other things being equal, demand for dollars and Treasuries should also rise as stablecoins proliferate. This is a way of extending dollar dominance.

- Blockchains Institutionalized. Larger established blockchains are now acceptable databases of record for the asset management industry. Due to their ability to store more fields than the #Bitcoin #blockchain, #Ethereum and #Solana are likely to benefit disproportionately.

- Tokenization Accelerated. Tokenization - which means creating digitized claims on ownership and/or other rights as regards assets - has already begun, but the GENIUS Act brings this into the mainstream.
