Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings plans to raise $XXX million by selling special notes that don’t pay interest and can be turned into stock by 2032.

MARA may also raise another $XXX million if investors choose to buy more.

The money will be used to buy more Bitcoin grow the company’s operations and cover general business costs. This plan depends on market conditions.

MARA is working to grow its role as a leader in Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure.
