While this is textbook minority abuse. But rather than publicising this idea and letting arbs pile in (buy now, tender at 60p, then dump remnants as low as 48p and still breakeven), shouldn’t existing aligned minorities be loading up the truck and buy more shares to ensure this exact scenario doesn’t happen?
