NEW: Former Gaza Aid Security Contractor in Interview: “This Has to Stop” | Report by Israel’s Channel XX

A former American security guard who worked for UG Solutions at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) sites has delivered a scathing indictment of the aid operation in an interview aired Tuesday on Israel’s Channel XX.

He says American guards regularly used force on unarmed civilians: “In all my years of service, I’ve never seen such use of force.”

▪️In the interview aired Tuesday on Israel’s Channel 12, the 25-year U.S. military veteran said:

“The aid centers treated the population very badly and put them in danger.”

▪️He criticized guards for their indiscriminate and excessive force.

In one incident, he said, an unarmed Palestinian man picking up food off the ground on his knees was pepper-sprayed by American guards with a full can.

In a second incident, a stun grenade was thrown and hit a Palestinian woman directly:
“She collapsed, fell to the ground. That was the moment I knew I couldn’t continue.”

He described a third incident:
“Once Palestinians finished collecting the aid at the site, the American guards opened fire—shooting at them, at their legs, at the dirt mounds—to force them to leave.”

▪️“You can’t fix this. It has to stop,” he said.

He explained that the aid sites are located in remote areas in active combat zones, where Palestinians cannot reach by car—forcing them to carry heavy aid packages on foot.

He added:
“In all my military service, I’ve never seen such force used against unarmed civilians. I won’t be part of it.”

“If the UN had the resources and coordination that this system has, it would work much better.”
