@SetPixels @JOKAQARMY1 Pennsylvania v. Mimms has been established that an officer has the right to order you out of the car. His only out of that is if it wasn’t a legal stop, but not wearing a seatbelt while driving seems to show that it was. Still would like more info on all of this.
