$AMZN is in the process of buying a wearable startup that places an AI assistant on your wrist in order to analyse conversations. The startup is the same that launched Fitbit years ago and sold it to $GOOG.

I think this acquisition would deepen Alexa/health & edge-AI moat, adding long-term upside but raising already heavy capex (142 % of NI). Shares sit ~40 % above my fair value of $135, so I remain HOLD on $AMZN waiting for a pullback. #Amazon #AI
