At the annual Alternative Investment Conference, the conversation around Digital Assets & Tokenisation showed just how ready Africa is to leap into a decentralised future.

The conference - themed around ‘Enhancing Investor Readiness for Opportunities Across Alternative Investments’ - was attended by BSVA’s @mojaber, on the ground in Kampala, Uganda, engaging with top thought leaders, and hearing (and delivering) trailblazing talks including a key panel with our friends and partners at @blockchainug and @MandulisEnergy.

As panellists like @PeteBenHurNyeko, @AbelNamureba, Suleiman Murunga and President of Blockchain Association of Uganda Reginald Tumusiime so powerfully highlighted:

Blockchain is unlocking new value in finance, trade, and energy.

We must keep this momentum, keep sharing knowledge at forums like @CFASocietyEA's AIC 2025, and keep building the bridges between real-world assets and the tokenised digital economy.
