1/ deal with my emotions in a healthy way via meditation, journaling, or therapy (if I can get access to health care)

2/ spend time empathizing with those who hurt me by not buying $beef to better understand why they did not want XX lbs of grass fed beef for $XX dollars.

3/ come to an internal resolution by knowing that ultimately there decisions, whether intentional or not, were most likely derived from their own pain, angst, or whatever emotions they were facing at the time

4/ prlly hit a bleezy once or twice just to be sure

5/ yolo and get on with my life because it was just a #memecoin
