Update:

They have released the cause of death for little X YO, Melina Frattolin.

Her father apparently drowned her.  She was found in a pond.

Did he take her there to kill her?

So premeditated.  So chilling that a father could do this to their defenseless daughter. 

#LucianoFartollin has been charged in New York with her murder. He initially gave LE a false story about Melina being abducted. An Amber Alert was even issued. It apparently was all a lie.

P.S. Where are Summer Wells and Sebastian Rogers? This sounds all too familiar. As we speak they have active Amber Alerts.
