Catalyst is a public innovation program with a set budget, limits, and requirements.

For example, the role of Cardano DReps would be to vote on whether or not to continue the program and/or propose changes to its budget, limits, or requirements.

This is just one of many governance actions that DReps may vote on.

We recently voted YES to continue Catalyst.
