Lombard: Infrastructure for Onchain Bitcoin

@Lombard_Finance is building the foundational infrastructure to bring Bitcoin fully onchain, with $LBTC at the core. 
Just as Tether and Circle own the stablecoin layer, Lombard will do the same for BTC.
