Kim Dae-woo, Senior VP of the Next-GenResearch Team at Samsung Semiconductor Research Institute, said hybrid bondingcould be deployed starting with HBM4E. 

Samsung is already supplying 16-layer hybird bonding HBM samples to customers for evaluation.
