Following the court’s decision to grant a cash bail of Shs5 million to NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi’s bodyguard, Noah Mitala, also known as Noah Mutwe, Leader of the Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi has criticised the terms as excessively high, arguing that they hinder access to justice #MonitorUpdates

He also accused the justice system of being selective, citing CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s social media conduct, which he claims goes unpunished.
