The Treasury maintains $2.7M in liabilities with a $103M surplus. Spending of $28M this quarter prioritized DeFi incentives, development, and outreach. Overall, the Treasury balance is stable and spending is carefully managed through steady stablecoin acquisition to ensure sustainable growth.
