this is a perfect case of something i don’t understand. or rather - i do understand it completely, and i know exactly why it’s happening.

this is a simple case that anyone can grasp.

the old model of running content competitions comes with several inefficiencies:
X. difficulty in coordinating the community and filtering their contributions;
X. inefficient mechanisms for gathering data from individual community members;
X. frequent delays and other issues in distributing rewards among participants and winners of organized initiatives;
X. lack of optimization tools for basic participation and organizational tasks.

@pingopond solves these problems:
- we create conditions where organizers can manage initiatives using a single tool, while participants apply through the same interface;
- each user account links an x profile and an aptos wallet address - this allows organizers to easily verify identity and ensure submitted content is original and user-generated;
- every campaign on the platform is backed by a prize pool from the moment it launches - rewards are guaranteed and automatically, instantly distributed once winners are selected, removing that burden from the organizer.

we don’t charge any fees or subscriptions - we take no cut at all. we’re simply offering an infrastructure tool for optimization, completely free. and yet, projects still choose to use outdated methods and remain highly inefficient.

i’m not blaming them. the issue isn’t even our marketing - we haven’t really started that yet. the issue is that hoping for the attention of ecosystem leaders: is not using its resources correctly. infrastructure products are built to be integrated and used - their usefulness is absolute. the right approach for ecosystem leadership is to create demand. every project with an open line of communication - or any newly onboarded project - should be offered tools from infrastructure protocols that can increase their overall efficiency. this isn’t being done.

i hope that changes. we’re not rushing to solve this stupidity right now - we’re focused on the transition from pingopond v1 to v2, and the launch of new products. it’s at that point of singularity that we’re hoping to see some real change - because what we’ll be ready to offer will, logically, be necessary for everyone. and at that point, we’ll need help creating demand for integration. because what happens to a useful project when the ecosystem refuses to support it?

it leaves.

hoping for the attention of ecosystem leader: @ashawonn.
