What bittensor issues Hypertensor Solves?

Main issue that Hypertensor solves, besides decentralization, is the fact that there is no "owner" that can decide to screw around with the blockchain. Unlike Bittensor, where the "authority nodes" are all controlled by a single entity, hypertensor aims to take a more decentral approach. And another difference is the fact that P2P networks are better than client-server networks, making it much harder for a cabal to execute XX% attacks on validators.
