Hoover knows that Harold Reis in DOJ knew all the details about MLK's wiretaps in 1963 and suspect Reis could be the leaker. Remember Reis? I posted about him last week, he pissed off Hoover by exposing the existence of an illegal wiretap on the mobster Frank Black. Hoover began to suspect Reis was a Communist based on his past. You do see what the surname "Reis" connects to, right? EST.
