hey this is kind of a big deal. before Jack Anderson published his leak that RFK ordered the wiretap on MLK, Jack called Tolson at FBI and alerted him the article would be published. Jack said he was doing it because "Kennedy should receive a death blow." Jack also tells Tolson he knows about MLK's sex life as uncovered by the FBI.

Why did Jack Anderson want to "kill" Bobby? Was there a bigger conspiracy going on to literally kill him too? Jack was the protoge of Drew Pearson, and Pearson was definitely confirmed as a CIA Mockingbird journo going back into the early 50's. These CIA journos always bug me, you can never tell if they are doing CIA's bidding, or if they are just the usual treacherous fame-whore journo scumbags (or both). Was Jack Anderson CIA? He did leak tons of stuff that hurt CIA. Was that just cover to "build his legend"? Did CIA fabricate journos like "this journo persona is specialized in NatSec leaks" to act as bait for leakers so CIA could bust the leakers?
