The way I think about picking comes down to:
- You need a dev who’s both a builder and an operator - someone who can steer through volatility without needing handholding.
- A working product with signs of PMF - some real usage, not just hype.
- A cult-like community or base of holders that believe and will support the floor when things get tough.
