Buullllll shit... There were XX oil refineries in California when I first moved to San Diego in 1991.  Gas was no different in cost than on East Coast.  When I left in 2011..., there were only 3..., refineries... #MONOPOLY!!!  @RedEyeRadioNet @garyredeye1
