Yes currency issuing countries have no constraints bar inflation. That’s why Argentina, Zimbabwe, Russia, Sri Lanka, Venezuela, and dozens of other currency-issuing countries have never defaulted on their financial obligations. I have a wheelbarrow to sell you.
