@preme2323 @UnathiAfrika @charliekirk11 So a middle class person gifting their estate of $1mil ~ $5mil to their children wouldn’t be exempt from the base estate tax or gift tax then?  Only the wealthy elite get this exemption?  Where in the clause does it say it only applies to wealthy elite people?
