#Bombay High Court is hearing HDFC Bank CEO and Managing Director Sashidhar Jagdishan's plea challenging FIR against by the  Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust, which manages the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.

A bench of Justice MS Karnik and NR Borkar is hearing the case.
