Protests over Gaza war force Israeli-owned ship to change course after hours of waiting by passengers in Syros
An Israeli cruise ship was blocked from docking at Greece's Syros island on Tuesday, redirecting to Cyprus after a large protest on Gaza Genocide and Israel War Crimes surged at the port.

The "Crown Iris," operated by Israeli shipping company Mano Maritime, had approximately XXXXX passengers aboard, expecting a six-hour stop at Syros' Ermoupoli port around midday. However, the ship was forced to remain at sea for several hours as around XXX protesters gathered at the dock, halting the vessel’s entry.
