There is indeed a party of abortion until birth, which is the Democrat Party:

There are pro-life Democrats too, and yet, that does not change the fact that the party as a whole is pro-abortion.

A "Christian" who supports abortion is like a "2A supporter" who supports a ban on "assault weapons", a betrayal of the values that they merely pretend to hold.
